[CLIENT] champion select freeze for all 10 players

We are in champ select and everyone pick and bans and the count-down freeze at 0 and we are just stuck in champselect. We can still use the chat... Was that way for 5 min and then someone left and we were rerturned to que... rather annoying pls fix...
