[MATCHMAKING] Same non-premade teammate 3 games in a row

This is regarding 3v3 ranked. For three games in a row, the matchmaker has for some reason matched me with one particular player. I'm not going to say who the player is, but it's not hard to figure out by taking a look at my op.gg. This player basically just walks up to enemies over and over and doesn't care if he dies. Reporting him doesn't seem to accomplish anything as he never gets punished.

I've been suspicious of the fact that my winrate in LOW IRON 3v3 ranked is 33% after 15 games, and I've been a bit suspicious of it considering that I reached gold in 5v5 solo queue last season. This latest situation, of 3 straight games having the same feeding teammate, brought my suspicion to a new level. I'm getting a letter grade of A or better in just about every game, yet still only winning 33% of games in low iron.

I've looked at the players I've been placed up against, and they always tend to be gold, but no lower than silver (or unranked in some cases). But by watching the replays you can just tell that they are much, much, MUCH better than iron. Why should it be required that I solo carry vs gold players just to get out of iron? It makes no sense.

Not only is this not making any sense, but it's frustrating me more than I can put into words. There's something severely wrong with the matchmaking if it's stacking the teams against me on a consistent basis, so much so that I, a gold player in 5v5, can't climb out of iron in 3v3. Having the same feeding teammate in 3 straight games would suggest that there's something REALLY strange going on. Hopefully Riot can look into it.
