Soraka's W spell can target Jarvan's flag, but its useless and still costs HP.

I wonder if she can heal like Thresh's lantern too. Maybe there's a problem with her heal's interaction with allied, semi-nontargetable units?

Hmmmm... can someone try healing one of Syndra's balls. I ask because, for a short time, J4's flag and Syndra's balls could be targeted by jungle monsters when leasing agro was changed a long while back.
