Crash after Champ Select

I am having trouble after champ select, when the time runs out the loading screen doesn't run at all, not even a black screen, and the client goes straight for Reconnect, and the reconnect doesn't do anything, I tried repairing and deleting the files and installing them again, but it still happens. It was working fine yesterday but today after a minor patch this bug keeps happening. Please help me, it may be some hidden apps blocking or firewall.
