Sooooo... I dodged a ranked champion select but the game still went on? WITHOUT ME?

RITO PLS HALP! On my other account, [120 Attack], I dodged a ranked champion select because the people in it were SO toxic right? There were like 4 seconds left in the queue when I dodged. When I logged back into league, it didn't say i needed to reconnect so after the 5 minute wait I just played a new game. After the loss of the game I just played, there were supposed to be 9 games played in my placements, but when the game ended i was put into bronze 1... I don't care if I was put in bronze but really? I go to check out my match history and it said that I left the game, it still went on without me and I was able to play another game while it was going on somehow, and after looking at that previous match saying I left the game, I hovered over my bronze 1 emblem and it said I had 11 games played somehow... Is there anything wrong with ranked queues ATM? I would like it to be fixed for any others experiencing this
