[Gameplay] Champion Movement is Impairing Conical Skill Shots -- SEVERAL CHAMPS 100% UNPLAYABLE

So if you combine movement with a conical skill shot, as of patch 4.18 it will flip the x/y values and cause your skill shot to go in the opposite direction of where you are moving. This currently makes champions like Nidalee Nidalee and Kassadin Kassadin 100% UNPLAYABLE, as moving/pouncing + swiping or riftwalk + force pulsing causes it to go behind you making you miss it altogether.

Note: This also affects parameters such as: flash + darius E, or flash + annie W, etc

This bug has been live for 5+ days now. Several champs are 100% unplayable right now. How is this HUGE bug being overlooked? I mean you disabled Gangplank because his ult was kinda buggy, but this is far worse. Cmon, I just want to play Nidalee again :C

ya know I have never encountered this bug, and I play Cho and Mordekaiser, who's damage relies on a cone-based skillshot

this happens when using annie w after flashing, it has made me lose several kills on the last couple of days

No wonder i missed all those Flash Syndra Q+E's... (and yes the Q didn't go anywhere)
