A lot of the images and text appears blurry after playing a game. The blurred areas become sharper/vice-versa when moving the mouse around the client.

If you have a Nvidia graphics card, try going into the Nvidia control panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program Settings Tab -> Select the League of Legends client ( If it's not in the drop down tab you'll have to add it). -> Disable "Antialiasing - FXAA" -> Select Apply
This fixed the blurry issue for me, hope it helps.

I'm having same issue and opened a support ticket. i did everything they asked proving updated gpu drivers and directx, repaired. uninstalled and did fresh install. and then they blamed it on the latest windows update and said the only work around is to revert to the previous windows update. which i did and guess what... STILL BLURRY! tons of people on my friends list are complaining as well. not sure why this isnt being investigated more by them.
yeah, same here, the only thing that works is putting it on low specs mode but then you cant see your banner move :/

I have this issue too. Did a repair, all drivers up to date, and a fresh install of the game. Can we get a fix soon this actually hurts my eyes. These client issues are getting out of hand. Origin and Uplay run better.

If you're trying to show that something is blurry, I would recommend saving the screenshots in PNG format rather than JPG (I'm guessing you used Windows Paint for these, which lacks customizable quality settings for JPG and will use very aggressive compression).
