Neeko Bug Health Bar blocked at 200Hp

So we got into a game. We thought that was using a "godmode glitch" because we couldn't see her health bar drop, (Same Thing With Her Mana) The only way to see her level is with tab. It was'nt only me who saw that but my brother, me and my father. I don't know about the rest of the team cuz they did'nt want to talk.

And the most obvious thing why is her name changing from Realistic Lier to TechnoScorpion?

Its easy enough to tell why the bug is happening - Neeko is displaying a healthbar from when she was disguised and disappeared into the Fog of war, probably, resulting in the game still thinking she's that level/hp and "hiding" her true stats after the disguise breaks.

Its a lot harder to guess as to what caused it or how to fix it. But the weirdest part, to me, is how people aren't Ctrl+Fing to see if this bug has been mentioned before (it has, a lot) and why Riot hasnt disabled her. I think/assume she's disabled for Worlds, so why not solo queue?
