I Queued for Normals, so I thought

So first game of the day this morning i initially Q for ranked, but leave after wanting a nice warm up game. Exited out of Q timer atop of the client. Then select normal draft to play a warm up, and ideally work on my Bard play. I lose lane pretty bad cause youre not all familiar with the Wandering Caretaker (and also you assume your ADC is working on their mechanics too, which wasnt the case -_- ). La la la collecting my logs around the map, throwing wards as you do, still trying but just trying to work on jungle passes, etc.. endgame screen -20 LP .. WHAT?! I definitely exited out of ranked and did normals, swore i did. I leave postgame massacre stats i have Normal Draft selected ... I was 1 game from promo series and a bug causes me to lose 20 LP, what a joke. I know there is no way to get LP back but I'd really like that to never happen again!
