Connection Problem and Leaverbuster

I tried to start the game and had connection problem. Tried to reconnect several times with rebooting the client a few times as well. However, It did not allow me to reconnect and I just shut the client. I do understand that there is a problem and Riot is working on that, but getting Leaverbuster warning seems not a fair deal. This means even though it is not my fault to leave the game, it will be may fault. Riot should have closed all the queues so players will not go through such unpleasant and unnecessary experience. I believe Riot has to do something with this Leaverbuster stuff and other penalties that other players received. AND most important, this connection problem has to be fixed SOON!
