[GAMEPLAY] Bard Ult on Tower

I fought near the opponent's tower, when i used my ult to deactivate it. I does affect Yorick, but it has no effect on the tower right next to him, as you can see in the video. I assume, that 's dagger somehow blocked it.

I have no clue.
