Client won't open

I can't get the client to open. I can't get it to respond to anything I do. I can't even use the Uninstall League of Legends shortcut to try reinstalling it. I haven't done anything different to it or tried to mess with the files. I just wanna play the game...

If you have sophos home you need to disable or make an exception.
