Stormrazor and Shiv not interacting according to wiki

According to the wiki, Stormrazor's edge's passive (Storm's Edge) should affect the Stattik Shiv proc. However, in bot games and practice tool, I have not seen the increased damage, only when Shiv gets a normal non Stormrazor crit
