Banning Glitch?

So here I am in a ranked game where I am 2-2 in my series to plat, and so far my team was looking pretty good for who they all wanted to go. It was my turn to ban a champion, so I selected Zed. Well Zed didn't ban, so I switched to Soraka, and still no ban. Finally in the last 5 seconds of banning, the box lights up for me to ban, and of course I am spamming the ban button. I ended up dodging the champion selection of my series, where I was 2-2. 1 minute later I received many "Unknown Error" messages for every time I tried to click ban.

SO I guess a guy in the champion select system for banning? Or something.

If you cant tell from the content of this post, I am really really, beyond anything... annoyed that my 6th try for my series to Plat has failed over something so stupid.
