Freezing in-game followed by Client and Windows crashing down

So I just wanted to play a quick game and decided to play ranked, which turned out the be a bad idea, especially since I didnt yet play the 10 provisionals. I played as support and the game was decent, when I suddenly froze for 30 seconds while trying to type something down, this is also something that I noticed; everytime I would press enter to chat my game freezed. Around 7 minutes I helped my jungler to take drake and when it was done I freezed for good 2 minutes in the middle of the river, knowing I'm dead at this point. Suprisingly I wasn't, recalled and tried to explain what was happening. Note this was the only time the game functioned normally while using the chat. I noticed the audio was out of sync, such as the announcer. Somebody would get a kill and it took 5 seconds until I heard the announcer. Around 10 minutes I froze again for a shorter time. Then I decided to leave the game and reconnect. Oh boy was that a mistake, the inability to reconnect with the new client was the first thing that set me off. My entire computer froze, which doesn't happen often. I had to restart it and at the time it was a good 10 minutes afk so I knew we lost. When I reconnected, my match history showed me correct and it had me with a Leave, despite multiple difficulties I had. I knew I couldn't get a loss prevented because 'lmao sucks2suck' - riot games.
