Minions are trolling me.

When I play on the new Summoner's Rift and I'm in the midde of a minion wave, sometimes I click away to go back to my turret and after a couple of seconds I realize my champion is not moving despite clicking towards my turret multiple times. Apparently my champion is just standing there stuck in front of one or two minions.

This has become a real problem :/ I've already died twice because of this...
