Where is everyone? (in-game glitch)

So one day, I decided to solo queue on draft. Everything was fine, I pick Camille, ban some champs, load in fine, everything's all good. But then I get in game, and I wait for the characters to appear. Ten seconds pass, and no one is there. I try to move, nothing happens, I can't even hear Camille. 40 seconds pass, and I decide to just quit out and reconnect. But then my game crashes before I can load in. I keep trying with no success for three minutes. I realize how screwed I am. I now have a twenty minute leaver buster. I love this game.
