Some single target spells have been disappearing upon impact lately.

I've seen a Miss Fortune's Double Up do this aswell, and an Amumu's Bandage Toss that didn't bring Amumu to his target. Those happened in bot games though, so no highlights.

This isn't exactly a 1-off. Not sure if this has been posted about already, so feel free to yell at me for being an ignorant bastard. Just tryin' to get this dang game fixed.
