Spectating and then go into game, unable to select champs

there is a problem with spectating games and then once exiting and then going into a game straight from the spectated game will cause all champs to be unavailable, and give you the exit spectate button and cause you to dodge due to nothing on screen to select and you get a 5 min ban. Please fix. Thank you :)
