HEXTECH BUG

It's says that i have available 1 chest ( it shows , when u click profile and there is a icon where is drew a hextech and under it shows 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 ) but when i Learn S - , S or S + i dont get anything ... also i havent got hextech with the champ i get S .. My English is very bad but i still teach it if u dont understand what i mean , I want to get hextech chest with gp example , i get S but i dont receive it . it shows that i have available 1 chest , also i didnt receive with gp chest before [zombie-brand-facepalm] [sg-janna]
