Elementalist Lux Skin Flaws

Riot, please change the times Elementalist Lux can acquire the elements for her forms. Myself and other people have studied the way Elementalist Lux's forms work and we have noticed that it is based on time instead of total damage. Even in practice tool with no CDs/mana, and spamming her ult on dummies, you can only get your bar filled as a certain amount of time passes. Getting the first Element is slow, but getting the second element is impossible in many games (because the game finishes so quickly). My favorite form is dark, but unfortunately, I don't get to enjoy it for long in some games or at all in others. Please, please lower the times needed to choose forms or remove the limit altogether! Gun Goddess Miss Fortune has no restrictions to her forms, it's so unfair! :(
