Update Server Down

For the past two days ive been getting a bug when launching the game that states that the update server is down. When i connect to the internet via my hotspot it works however. Today i tried a fresh install but the download tool wont connect either with the same error message.

Started happening to me today as well. Tried literally everything from rebooting my router and computer, as well as updating the router's firmware. Looks to me like this has been happening for over a year now, really odd.
