Is this a phishing scam?

Ummm, I’d add photos but I guess that’s out of this discussion boards capabilities. Anyway, my client title screen keeps changing to an alternative screen, this screen doesn’t have an animation or music. It also only allows English for the language. It looks super suspicious. Anyone else having this problem? The sign in is on the left now instead of the right? I wish I could show you the pictures but I can’t.
