So my friend gifted me Star Guardian Jinx and after 2 days the skin disappeared i send a ticket to riot and they said:This gifted content was purchased through a transaction that was unauthorized and had to be reversed. For the sake of privacy, I’m not able to disclose any details relating to the account that sent these gifts, and we can’t restore any content sent by the account.

We won't be able to give you the skin back, as the content was not pair for. The message you received, "This gifted content was purchased through a transaction that was unauthorized and had to be reversed" means that the money was refunded to the card used to purchase the content.
