No cooldown on Lens when channel herald. Works every time.

Go in game. Upgrade Oracle Lens. Get herald then use it in lane or in a bush. while herald channels. Use Oracle Lens, after you wait for it to end. The cooldown resets. So you have two Oracle Lens. Been abusing this in-game. Use herald in bush, Lens... clear vision. then use lens again right after to clear more vision.
