Invisible Kennen Ultimate [Gameplay]

I am sure that this issue has been reported before but I just wanted to bring it back up for discussion to see how things are standing with this.

When I was playing a ranked game I encountered a Kennen top lane. Since I was ADC I can't vouch for the entirety of the game but once I met him at around the mid game mark I noticed that on engages, I would frequently get stunned and killed by Slicing Maelstrom even though visually there was no indication of him using it. To clarify, it is the ultimate itself that isn't showing up, not the little Mark of the Storm counters and effects both on the status bar and on the in game model. So you can see the little lightning bolts hitting you and the little orbs around you when you get hit by Kenen but his ultimate is not rendered. I find this to be quite a big issue because this way Kennen can safely engage without the enemy team having any means of truly disengaging. The best bet for the enemy team is to just run away once you see a passive mark on your model and gamble on the fact that what was used was actually his ultimate. I see this bug being a very big unfair disatvantage because by not being able to see his ultimate range, players, like for example ADC, can't know whether the range at which they are reengaging Kennen or even a different target is outside of Kennen's ult which may be still going on or may already have expired.

Unfortunately I can not provide any visual proof of this issue since all I would provide is a picture of Kennen standing around. I hope to hear back from you at Riot Support soon.
