Honor level does not register

I'm fairly sure I've been honor 4 since the pre-season began. However, my purple honor decoration does not show up on the loading screen all of the time. It seems that it does not show up on the first game loading screen after I log in. After logging out once, I have created a few custom games in a row (without logging out again) and it does not show up there, but I'm not sure it should.

It seems like playing 2 games fixes the issue until the next login.

I have not verified whether others can see it or not, when I can not see it.

When I first logged in to this account after the pre-season patch, I did not receive the honor box loot (or whatever it is). Maybe I wasn't supposed to, but I've seen others with honor 4 receive them. I'm not terribly concerned about that, but this does lead me to believe that it's somewhere on the server side that it's not registering correctly.
