Game reinstalling?? Pls Help!

So today I checked the patch notes (8.6) and saw that voice chat and the new rune conqueror had been added but noticed my client never patched. A friend and I came up with the (dumb) idea to temporarily switch our clients to OCE, and at first we thought it worked as the client was patching. With the patch done we switched over to NA and saw that it was patching again but atleast it was patching. However a few minutes later we noticed that its been at 0% for a while and when we hovered over it......the client was patching 18000 mb with and ETA of 1100 MINUTES (around 18 hours). Pls help we tried restarting client but it only reset the patch.
