Spectator Client - Middle elements not properly centered.
While creating a spectator overlay for a highschool league, I noticed that both middle elements in the spectator client are not centered properly. My issue with this is that I don't know if it's a bug with my client or if it's like this for everyone - if I build an overlay according to my off-centered spectator client and the person's client who I'm creating the overlay for ends up not being off-centered like mine, then obviously that would create some problems with my overlay not fitting their client.

If I properly center my custom overlay when creating it, this happens: http://i.imgur.com/9fTl8gE.jpg
So then I'm forced to make the team name/score parts off-centered to the right by ~5px so that it can look like this: http://i.imgur.com/x8aK9ir.jpg
Which means that if it's only my client that's bugged, it won't look like the prior picture on a properly centered client but rather like this: http://i.imgur.com/Br3Em8C.jpg
**So again, my questions are the following: **
- Is this 5-6px right offset bug with my client only?
- Is this a bug with everyone's clients?
- Or is this intentional & on everyone's client?
I also noticed that the NALCS spectator client is properly centered & the bottom board has champ, cs, item & gold icons + it's wider and has a smaller height unlike our current version of the spectator client.
Info about my monitor & client settings:
1920x1080
23" monitor
Every UI element is set at 100% scale
Client is in borderless windowed fullscreen
EDIT September 20th: I'm not the only person who this happens to, everyone's spectator tool I've seen has this same issue - the only places I've seen it not happen are Riot official streams & tournament realm live spectates. A fix for the spectator & replay tool would be great.
