Inventory Lion Orb Bug

Hello fellows readers, I have problem. Today i bought 11 lion orbs for 2500 RP, and i opened 1 lion orb. I got 1 skin, and 1 Vs Bag.. Then i opened that Vs Bag and got a 4-5 skins... After that i wanted to open my 10 lion orbs all at once, and my client froze, something came out... Problem was found or something like that, and my client was still froze, i couldnt open my orbs i couldnt click on them.. i left client and reconnected to my account... I found out that my 10 lion orbs are missing and i didnt get my skins. Can someone help me... i'm really sad for this, and i know this sounds stupid and everything... but i bought it and i dont have my skins... i'm so mad... what i can do?
