[Gameplay] Tracker's Knife tooltip shows 50/3 wards placed
The Tracker's knife tooltip (and associated upgrades) always shows 50/3 wards placed for me. This bug has been reproducible since the most recent preseason changes (at least, but maybe longer). This is regardless of how many wards I actually have placed. It does not change with different champions.
