[GAMEPLAY] Seeing chat messages from muted players

I've seen this behavior a few times. Most recently, a muted player dc'ed and reconnected and I started seeing messages typed by them even though my tab screen showed them to be muted. I'm not sure if reconnecting removes you from other people's mute lists (I know it clears yours). Even if this behavior is expected, the mute indicator in the tab screen should be toggled appropriately.
