[CLIENT] BE is broken

I've noticed that over the past few games I've played for around 4-5 days now that i have not received any blue essence from any of them. From as far as I know I have not been issued any penalties or punishments for anything as I am not a toxic person. I have only ever afked one game because I had a nose bleed about 12 minutes in which i could not control, i informed my team mates and told them. They seemed understanding so I had to stop playing to deal with the nosebleed. I have not seen any messages on the league saying that i have received a punishment. I dont know if this is a problem with my client or if something has happened that has prevented me from earning any blue essence but if anyone can inform me on what is going on with this itd be greatly appreciated. This issue is not exactly game breaking, its just a pain because as it is I have played league for a long time almost 3 years now over 2 accounts (S0UN3D was perm banned a year ago because I was toxic back then, i have since changed as you can see with this account that i have played for a year and 7 months) and yet I still do not have all the champions unlocked. I used to spend all my blue essence and IP on random champion shards. Lets just say i was unlucky. But yeah as I said its not the end of the world if this problem is client or my side, i just hope there is a fix. Much thanks.
