Sion Ult Bug

I used my ult when i was practically on top of an enemy therefore the ult triggered immedietly, but the cursor animation and ability bar was still on my screen. Using a ability like my Q made it go away, but still thought i should report it. Also should mention i have Mecha Sion. (ignore snapchat filter, it was an accident putting it there)
