[GAMEPLAY] Updated Shen. Passive don't trigger correctly.

When moving and then casting Shen's new Q, the passive Ki Barrier will only trigger if Shen is moving AWAY from the Ki Blade's position, NOT if he is moving towards it. It should be triggering in both directions, right?

• Standing still there is no problems, and the E has no problems, when going both towards AND away from the blade position. I like the update though!
