DJ Sona game crash

Whenever I select the DJ Sona skin I can not get into the loading screen before my game crashes. It has happened both of the times I tried it and I do not know how to fix it. I have restarted the client, and my computer but nothing works. I have even tried running it as administrator and it still didn't work
