[GAMEPLAY] Twitch ult bug

I just recently purchased the SSW Twitch skin- When I take it into games however my ult will sometimes deal no damage if the enemy is to close; despite still completing auto attack animations. (IE: Blade Surges (Q) to , or Bandages Tosses (Q) to). I'd like to assume this is a bug with the skin (Similarly to the bonus damage bug bug on Super Galaxy Rumble). Regardless, the bug should be addressed ASAP, this is far to game-changing too leave unchecked.

EDIT: Basically, Any thing that puts a Champion right on top of Twitch seems to trigger this glitch.
