Patch 6.13 Teleport Change

So I was very bored, and my friends were not online and I decided I'd maybe quickly go through the Summoner Spells for no reason at all and I came across the Teleport section, noticing that it got changed and this area of my profile had not been updating. I believe it takes 4.5 seconds now, not 3.5 to channel and you do not teleport directly onto the target. Anyways, just thought I'd point it out so you guys could fix it? Not sure if this is in the right forum spot, feel free to move it, I do not mind.
