This new patch really brought me a lot of problems

First, it's the ingame voice, I can only use it when I uninstall and reinstall the game, once I turn the client off and back on, I cant hear them and they cant hear me. But i cant reinstall the game every time I play it right? And every time I use twitch voice chat, the game would lose fps once every few minutes. All of these never happened before, only after this new patch, and I think it's conflicting with Windows 1803 too, because every time I alt+tab switch between apps while ingame, the game would freeze for 5to 6 seconds once I switch back to game, which never happened before and the older version of windows do not have this issue, I tested it.
