[GAMEPLAY] Headless Hecarim's Spirit of Dread (W) is the incorrect color

I found this bug a few days ago while trying to get into the Harrowing spirit. I played with my Headless Hecarim skin and thought it was off. I repeated to use his W some more and it repeatedly has shown up as Blue instead of the spooky Orange.

An easy way to produce this is press W on Hecarim's Headless Hecarim skin.

It's reproduced 100% of the time.

I don't have a video but it's very easily reporduced.
