"Game still in progress... Bug"

Game never loaded... when i went to restart client it isn't giving me the option to load into the game. Seems like I've lost a placement game to something out of my control. Please help, thank you!

I've found that reinstalling the game fixes it for a while, but I've made a post similar to this detailing my problems. It seems like something riot needs fix, as there's reports that lead back to around 2012 about it :/

Terrible user experience. 3 out of my last 20 games have been remakes.
