Kalista Ult Bug Screen Lock on Champ

I used Kalista's ult as Thresh in my last game (Level 6 and level 5). Once I returned to the playing field, I was unable to disengage the screen lock on my champion. I tried the normal hot key "y" with no luck. I even added a secondary key "p" and still no luck. My screen only released once I finally died.

Anyone experience a similar bug? Any suggestions on how to fix it without having to die or wait for another ult from my ADC?

Yes, I also experienced the same bug. The screenlock itself is annoying in his ult, but if I cant unlock it AFTER the ult, that is quite devastating. So you need to either play like that or reconnect. Only happened to me once, but i wont get near a kalista in the near future.
