[GAMEPLAY] - zoe's E going straight through lux

On Zoe, casting E while getting snared ( at least thats what I think triggered the bug) made it so it goes straight through the target.

1. Lux casts her q.
2. Me (zoe) start casting the e.
3. I get hit by lux's q while still casting my e.
4. my E goes right through lux.

There have been other instances with a questionable hit box but this was the one that more clearly shows the e passig through.
