[GAMEPLAY] Zoe can recast Paddle Star (Q) while in stasis (Zhonya's, GA)

2nd part of her primary ability can be cast while in stasis effects such as: Stopwatch. Zhonya's Hourglass, Guardian Angel, etc I do not a think other 2-part spell can be recast during Zhonya's or GA revive so they coded it differently from others somehow if it's not intended, it better get fixed if it is, then make it consistent (Yorick, Camile, Lee Sin, Anivia, Thresh, etc)

It seems broken to me if you combine it with Portal Jump (R) you can go: Q -> R -> [Statis] -> Q (2nd) -> [Return from R] This combo has no room for counterplay
