Azir Bug (GAMEPLAY)

On Azir, occasionally, whenever I have just used Q or R the cooldown timer does not appear creating the illusion that the ability is in fact, available. This is indeed an error that needs to be addressed so Azir players can strategically manager their abilities in an efficient manner.

To recreate this bug simply log onto summoner's rift, activate Q and R constantly while observing the abilities in the bottom center of the screen. (Please note, this bug doesn't take place incredibly often but does so "sometimes")

I have experienced a lot of bugs playing Azir. His E often does not fire. I have to tap E repeatedly to maybe get a response. Also the most consistent and noticeable is that his ultimate R rarely works. During a fight I place the Ult template in the direction intended and click, nothing happens. I can frantically attempt to fire, by re-aiming the template one or two more times during fights, but it still rarely fires.

Played a dozen games with him tonight. Several missed AA's still, and I just had the ult go in the opposite direction as cast... lame!

haven't had the ult problem outside of hitting people and it bouncing them OVER the wall on my side, rare but has happened. My biggest complaint is his E. I've tried various ranges but for some reason about 60-70% of the time E just doesn't work. I have to hit ti like 4-5 times. Unfortunately i'm usually dead by then so it doesn't matter. The E is an awesome tool letting you get into and out of fights it's just so unreliable that now I rarely even try to use it as an escape mechanism.

Also his Q doesn't send his soldiers far enough for the escape to work sometimes as i can walk to the point where my soldiers end up faster than they can get there...i guess I get a small shield out of the deal.

Riot please fix the E.

Recently too, Azir's ult does NOT push back enemies if they are on top of you. For instance, if Master Yi is chasing me and auto attacking, Azir's ult will sometimes not push him back. These issues need to be addressed asap please! :) Thank you!
