I got a loss for not being able to ban because of client bug.

I got into champ select and everything was working normally but as I was going to ban a champion I could not press a champions portrait. I could not press the ban button either. But as soon as the time was up i got throwed out of champ select with a loss on my promos and a 30 minute "not being able to join queue" thing. My internet was working I was listening to music and I could open up league of legends boards as if there was no problem.
