BUG on Blitzcrank

There is a bug happening on blitzcrank's hook, in my last game the hook was not in the range of my character's body but I still got hooked, I replayed the video of the game and slowed it down, it was nonsense. pls check the bug and fix it.

Hitbox does not equal the Visual, like most Stuff.
