Lol support

I want to submit a ticket to lol support, however, everytime i chose the option it says i need to login. When i click "login" (despite the fact that i'm already logged in) nothing happens. the page does not start to load anything, it's as there is no link in the "Login" from me to go on and it's just a word written. Can someone tell me what's happening? It's quite frustrating to try to get some support, and then have to come and ask for support on how to get support -.-'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

They do that on purpose

I had this trouble before and it's because that page doesn't connect for some reason with this one. As a temp work around you can sign out, go to the ticket page and sign in there.
