I earned a champ capsule and a key fragment and they are no where to be seen!

So I recently logged into my account, a week or so ago, and the little sign popped up saying that I had earned a key fragment, after this another appeared (I cant remember what they both said, something to do with honours). So I was quite happy with earning two key fragments, but after checking my loot I only one key fragment.

Another thing. While finishing a game today, the champion capsule icon/screen appeared because I had completed a quest. I was quite happy with this, so decided to go and see who I had won. I was disappointed to find that there was no champion capsule in my loot inventory. Help please?
