Shaco clone expoloded but did not die and continued to live indefinately

Built full tank in 1 for all and found that at a certain point my clone didn't die from his explosion, he was left with low hp and then proceeded to heal to full thanks to warmogs, out healed death? it occurred twice in the game and i couldn't command him with ult afterwards didn't try to summon him again while cooldown was off and clone was still alive, but it did say it was the summon, not the command
